Rรผdiger Rath (born 1966, nationality German) graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz with a degree in Business Administration and has more than ten years of experience in general management: Since 2008, he has been Managing Director and shareholder of Inforsacom Informationssysteme GmbH, which was acquired by Logicalis Group in 2015. In 2016, Rath became Head of Europe of Logicalis Group and was responsible for all subsidiaries in Europe as well as the international business in the Executive Board of Logicalis Group. Previously, he held senior finance positions at Inforsacom Informationssysteme GmbH and Amadeus Germany GmbH. On October 1, 2021, Rath joined CANCOM SE as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the Executive Board. In this role, he was responsible for the entire operating business of CANCOM SE with a focus on the areas of Cloud and Managed Services as well as IT Solutions & Sales. Rath was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by the Supervisory Board with effect from November 1, 2022.

Thomas Stark was born in 1971 and is a German national. After his study of business engineering and two years as a business process analyst at Accenture, Thomas joined CANCOM group in the year 2000. In the following years he held several positions before he was made director purchasing of CANCOM SE in 2003 and director finance of CANCOM SE in 2006. Since 2012 respectively 2014 he is Executive Vice President and CFO of German TecDAX listed CANCOM SE, one of the top 30 German high tech companies. From 2014 to 2016, Thomas was CFO of Pironet AG, member of CANCOM group. As member of the Management Board of CANCOM SE he is responsible for topics concerning the fields of Environment, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG). Other mandates held: None.

Klaus Weinmann

Klaus Weinmann (born 1969; nationality: German) studied business administration at the University of Augsburg from 1990 and graduated in 1995 with a degree in business administration. In his second year of studies he founded CANCOM together with Stefan Kober and Raymond Kober. In a leading position and later as chairman of the board, he shaped the rapid growth of the CANCOM Group. In 1999, the CANCOM Group went public under his leadership. Since 2012 it has been listed there as one of the leading German IT service providers in the TecDAX index of the 30 largest high-tech companies in Germany. After many years of successful work as Chairman of the Executive Board of CANCOM Group, in 2017 he moved as CEO to PRIMEPULSE SE, the Munich-based investment holding company he co-founded in 2014 that invests in companies with a technological focus.

Dr. Swantje Schulze (born 1996; nationality: German) is an experienced change manager with a proven expertise in digital transformation and cloud solutions. She has over 25 years of experience in sales in the IT industry, both globally and in the German market, with major international companies. Already during her doctorate, she worked as a sales and marketing manager for an IT company from 1999 onwards. In 2006, she moved to IBM Germany, where she worked as a Field Sales Manager for various products and was awarded the internal Achievement Role Model Leadership Award for her work. After three years as Director Sales for Software Solutions at CANCOM and one year in the management of the subsidiary Glanzkinder, she joined Oracle in 2014. Here she first led an international team for Inside Sales in Northern Europe, then worked in the German management for the Partner Business, before being responsible for an international team in 30 locations in APAC. Between December 2020 and November 2021, she looked after a large customer in the telecommunications sector at Microsoft. After a stopover at e-Spirit AG as Vice President Sales EMEA, she joined Dataiku in Berlin in November 2022 and is responsible for the German market as Regional Vice President Sales. Due to her professional experience, Dr. Swantje Schulze has proven expertise in the national and international IT industry, especially in product and solution sales as well as in supporting change processes in the organisation.

Lukas Abegg

Lukas Abegg (born 1987, Swiss nationality) began his professional career at Cevian Capital in Zurich. After completing an MBA in Singapore in 2016, he worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, supporting various companies in Australia, including on strategic challenges and in the field of advanced analytics (e.g. machine learning). In 2019, Lukas Abegg moved to August Robotics Ltd. in Hong Kong. As Head of Strategy & Growth and from 2020 as Chief Commercial Officer, he was responsible for the growth and operational success of the company including opening a branch in Germany. Lukas Abegg was also an executive member of the Supervisory Board of August Robotics Ltd. Since 2022, Lukas Abegg has been a partner at Spectrum Entrepreneurial Ownership, an investment vehicle that manages a focused portfolio of listed European mid-cap companies. Lukas Abegg holds an MSc in Mathematics from ETH Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore. In addition, he obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certifications.

Jรผrgen Maidl (born 1960; nationality: German) studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Ulm and, after graduating with a degree in engineering, started his career as a software developer at a specialist for universal testing machines, where he also gained his first management experience as head of the software and universal testing system department. After joining Capgemini in 1988, he took on various management roles in both delivery and sales, most recently as International Account Director in 1994. From 1994 to 1998, he gained further experience in the system house and IT service provider environment at debis Systemhaus GmbH, most recently as Senior Vice President. In 1998, he moved to the BMW Group as Senior Vice President Group IT. Until 2023, he held various roles at the BMW Group, particularly in the areas of organisational development, logistics and process management as Senior Vice President. Since October 2023, he has been active as a freelance management consultant for international mandates in the service and software sector. Mr Maidl also advises companies as part of three advisory board functions and a mentorship programme.
