The CANCOM Cloud is a platform for individually configurable, fully digitalized, integrated and automated services. These follow the general principles of cloud services: This means that all services are fully digital, billed on a pay-per-use basis and can be used immediately.
The services provided in the CANCOM Cloud can be consumed via the central CANCOM Cloud Portal.
We regularly develop the CANCOM Cloud for you andadd new services on an ongoing basis. This means you always have access to the latest cloud solutions.

The components of the CANCOM Cloud
The CANCOM Cloud architecture consists of three interlocking components: the CANCOM Cloud Services for the procurement and billing of cloud services, the Cloud Portal as the user interface and central overview of all services, and the individual cloud services themselves. Together, these components cover all aspects of your cloud usage and enable simple, centralized management of your cloud services.
The CANCOM Managed Services serve as the entry point to the CANCOM Cloud. Through our sales organization, you can easily order the services you require and receive access to the CANCOM Cloud Portal. In addition to service provisioning, we handle contract management and transparent billing on your behalf. This way, you receive all services from a single source – simple, reliable, and clearly structured.
The CANCOM Cloud Portal is the user interface for all CANCOM Cloud services. Any customer can access the portal directly and free of charge and discover the possibilities of our cloud solutions. You are only charged for the cloud services you activate and use. This means if you deactivate a cloud service and stop using it, it is no longer included in your billing. You benefit from direct cost control and clear service descriptions.
CANCOM Cloud Services are activated via the Cloud Portal and billed on a usage basis.
